
Jérôme PAUVERT
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2000, he became partner of the lawfirm DESTREMAU ASSOCIES in 2004.
He has essentially concentrated his activity on communication, intellectual property, competition and consumer law.
He holds a Master in private law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is the author of several articles published in specialised journals.

Justine CROS
Justine Cros joined the firm in 2018, bringing her unique expertise in social and personal law.
Graduated in law from the high standing Montpellier University she completed her curriculum by obtaining two specialized Masters, one in health care law from Montpellier University and another one in labour law from the renowned Sorbonne University.
After taking oath in 2007, Justine started her career in well-established law firms in St Denis de La Reunion and then in Paris where she sharpened her technical and practical expertise for over 10 years.
Her activity includes legal counselling and judiciary procedures for employers, employees, work counsels and labor unions, on matters of individual and collective disputes.
She also supports individuals in optimizing their matrimonial and patrimonial situations.
Justine is genuinely convinced that a winning strategy often consists in exploring all possible alternatives to a judiciary process to find an amicable agreement; however, when a contentious dispute is unavoidable she guarantees her clients, through her judiciary experience, a forceful and aggressive defense.

Augustin DOULCET
Augustin DOULCET is a founding partner of the firm LEXE PARTNERS.
Before creating the firm, he has worked for several years in the biggest international law firms (in particular Allen & Overy and Herbert Smith Freehills) and French law firms specialized in banking and financial litigation (in particular Molas Leger Cusin & Associés).
Augustin DOULCET advises French and international companies in civil, commercial and criminal complex litigious matters. He intervenes in particular in contract and corporate law, banking and financial law, transport law, insolvency proceedings and business crime.
A graduate from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master in Business Law), Sciences Po. Paris (Master in Law and Economics) and New York University School of Law (LL.M.), he speaks fluently English.

Marine GIL
Marine GIL, a member of the Paris Bar, has joined the firm in 2023 as an associate.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and is mainly involved in both civil and commercial litigations.
She has a particular expertise in contractual disputes settlement, as well as those involving corporate law, banking law and insolvency proceedings.

Jean-Philippe DESTREMAU
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1974, he has developed in an important lawfirm he founded in 1986, individually, and then within the lawfirm DESTREMAU ASSOCIES he founded in 2004, a very strong expertise in competition, communication and business law in specific areas such as advertising, agribusiness and edition.

Charlotte BOULARAND
Charlotte BOULARAND, a member of the Paris Bar, has joined LEXE ASSOCIES to assist Justine CROS in 2023.
With a Master 2 in Private Law “Person and Law” from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a strong professional experience both in law firms and courts, she mainly advises and litigates in labor law and personal law.

Romain CROS
Before joining the firm in 2018, Romain CROS has worked for many years in French’s leading law firms (BREDIN PRAT and JEANTET).
He advises French and foreign companies as well as their managers and shareholders in corporate acquisition and disposal operations, share capital operations, and in their partnerships and contractual relationships.
Also specialized in restructuring and insolvency, he provides advice and litigation support, in out-of-Court or judicial proceedings, for all stakeholders involved including the company facing difficulty, creditors and investors.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009 and graduated from University of Montpellier (Postgraduate Diploma in Litigation Law in 2006 and European Business Law Diploma in 2007), Romain CROS works in both English and French.
